- The food is very spicy. They also serve a lot of rice. They have better french fries then America too.
- Since Ghana is so close to the equator, the toilets don't spin when you flush them, the water goes straight down!
- You can go grocery shopping at a stoplight. People walk around the lanes selling things at a red light. They sell food, water, iPhone cases, toilet paper, socks, shoes, laundry detergent,, pretty much anything.
- Whenever you are on the road, you will hear cars honking. I don't think they honk to tell someone they are doing something wrong, like it America, but rather to let people know that they are close behind them or something. For example, our bus honks when it is turning sometimes because it takes such wide turns.
- Netflix does not work in Africa. Rough.
- People carry things on their heads! Like heavy things! It is insane! I want to try before I leave...
